Mr. Collins has held several business leadership positions including Chairman and CEO of Network Communications Inc., which owned and operated ApartmentFinder.com and was acquired by the CoStar Group to help create the industry’s leading online apartment listing portal. He served as President of Summit Acceptance, a national consumer finance company which under his leadership experienced several years of hyper-growth and was acquired by CapitalOne Financial. Mr. Collins has held a variety of other positions including running the digital e-learning company Aegis Learning Group, marketing management roles with Nestlé SA, and sales management roles with the E&J Gallo Winery, the world’s largest wine company. Mr. Collins served as Chairman of the Board for International Oncology Care.

Mr. Vick has served in executive positions leading healthcare and technology companies over the last 30 years. For 12 years, he served as CFO of Navigator Systems, an industry leading national BI-consulting firm that was acquired by Hitachi Consulting. He was CEO of Opportune IT, a healthcare consulting and software firm that developed medical coding scrubber applications for hospitals and physician practices leading up to it being acquired by Streamline Health. Most recently, he worked 4 years as President and CFO of Tarrytown Expocare, a long-term care pharmacy focused on the IDD population, leading the company from a Texas-based operation to having pharmacies in 7 states, serving individuals across the country.

Mr. Ams has worked in data analysis, risk modeling, and operations management roles for several Fortune 100 companies including Citibank, Bank One and CapitalOne. Mr. Ams, a demonstrated leader in the consumer financial services and ecommerce industries, has deep experience in credit risk, statistical modeling, business analytics and operational efficiencies for call centers as well as managing customer support teams.

Ms. Song has held leadership roles in finance and accounting in Fortune 100 companies including UnitedHealth Group and Toshiba. Ms. Song started her career at Arthur Andersen, LLP and has deep experience in operational accounting, strategic financial planning and forecasting, as well as significant work on mergers and acquisitions.

Mr. Lukken has held senior technology positions for several financial service organizations including Bank of America, Fiserv, Cottonwood Financial, and Summit Acceptance which was acquired by Capital One Financial. While at Summit (CapitalOne Auto) he served as ClO, building and managing an IT organization of project managers, business analysts, software developers, database architects, and network administrators to support the processing of over 10,000 new applicants and 1000+ new accounts daily.

Mr. Thorne is the founder and CEO of Pacific Dental Services (PDS), one of the largest dental support organizations (DSO) in the United States. Under Mr. Thorne’s leadership, PDS has established itself as a national leader on the oral-systemic link, working diligently to highlight the growing need for dental and medical healthcare providers to better collaborate to ensure better systemic health outcomes for patients. Mr. Thorne is a member of the Dean’s Advisory Board for Harvard School of Dental Medicine, where he helps drive their ambitious agenda to integrate oral health and medicine. Mr. Thorne was notably instrumental in forming the Association of Dental Support Organizations (ADSO) where he served as. the founding President for the first three years.

Bagels; founding investor and board member of Ancestry.com. Mr. Beck has served in leadership roles for many other notable companies and has an impressive record of growing and scaling businesses. In addition, Mr. Beck has served as a partner and investor in over 50 venture technology companies and is Vice Chairman on the Pacific Dental Services (PDS) Board.
