Wellfit Plans SMS Campaign
- The Wellfit Plans campaign will make use of a short code for members (dental office patients)
to learn more about a dental plan, confirm purchase of a dental plan, and opt-in to marketing texts that
encourage the member to use the member portal to view member ID card, update their information,
and view treatment summaries. Text messages will confirm that the member has purchased a dental
plan from Wellfit. Text messages may also include helpful tips such as how to create an account, view
and download member ID card, and other member-friendly tips that support the member getting the
most out of their dental plan. The member can also proactively text PLANS to Wellfit at 75309 to opt-in
to dental plans information or text INFO to Wellfit for dental plans tips, and support. Message rates will
vary. Message frequency will vary. - You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the shortcode. After you
send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you
have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you
want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages
to you again. - If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword
HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at support@wellfit.com. - Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
